Our customers will be provided with a reception service on Fiart Rent boats that will unveil with just a few instructions the tricks you need to tackle your experience on board in total safety. Every detail is crucial when sailing and our experience will be put totally at your service!

Also installed on board our vessels are Marine Gateways (MG), black boxes equipped with the I-Captain © system. Automatically acquiring data from multiple platforms, i-Captain collects and organises information on the boat's navigation and status, ensuring real-time contact with the boat.

The data is transmitted via mobile phone directly from the boat and can be analysed on site by our service team, with the possibility of having the entire FIART RENT fleet under control (e.g. geolocation, performance of the different boats, engine status check, etc.). The app also makes it possible to receive alerts in the event of theft or when the bilge pumps are activated. This translates into benefits both in terms of safety, thanks to the various control functions, and in terms of boat maintenance.
